If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services and refrain from making any purchases.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use Trustenda's services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to bind any business entity on whose behalf you are acting
• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law

• Authentic review generation across multiple platforms (Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, Sitejabber, Play Store, etc.)
• Geo-targeted review placement services
• Drip-feed delivery systems for natural review patterns
• Professional review content creation
• Reputation monitoring and management consultation

Important Disclaimer: We work with a network of verified suppliers who provide authentic reviews from real users. We do not create fake reviews. All reviews are generated through legitimate means, though we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, higher search rankings, or permanent review visibility due to factors beyond our control.

Trustenda operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit equals 1 review at $9.97 value. Payment terms include:

• Full Payment Required: All payments must be completed before service delivery begins
• Credit Validity: Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice, though existing credits maintain their original value
• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers (Stripe)
• Currency: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction

Trustenda is committed to delivering quality services within reasonable timeframes:

• Delivery Timeline: Reviews typically begin appearing within 3-7 business days and are completed within 2-4 weeks depending on quantity and drip-feed settings
• 15-Day Replacement Guarantee: If reviews are removed by platforms within 15 days of delivery, we will replace them at no additional cost
• Quality Assurance: All reviews are delivered by aged, authentic accounts with established activity patterns
• Platform Compliance: We adhere to platform guidelines, though we cannot control third-party platform policies or algorithm changes

Limitation: Our warranty covers only the initial 15-day period. Reviews removed after this period due to platform policy changes, algorithm updates, or other factors beyond our control are not covered under our replacement guarantee.

To maintain service quality and legal compliance, customers agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Provide false or misleading business information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our services
• Use our services to harm competitors or engage in unfair business practices
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform terms

Enforcement: Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, service termination, and forfeiture of unused credits without refund.

Service Limitations: Trustenda provides reputation management services but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. We are not liable for:

• Changes in search engine rankings or visibility
• Fluctuations in business revenue or customer acquisition
• Third-party platform policy changes or algorithm updates
• Review removals occurring after the 15-day warranty period
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Business interruption or loss of profits

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Third-Party Platforms: We are not affiliated with Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, or other review platforms. These platforms may change their policies at any time, affecting review visibility or account status.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Trustenda platform remain our exclusive property. Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended business purposes only.

Customers retain ownership of their business information and content provided to us, while granting us necessary rights to deliver the requested services.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Trustenda reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abuse of our support systems
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, access to services will cease, though unused credits may be retained for future use unless termination is due to customer violations.

Trustenda reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• Email notification to registered users
• Prominent notice on our website
• In-dashboard notifications

Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue use of our services.
